I have always loved to cook and spend time in the kitchen. I want to help people get back in the kitchen - cooking simple, easy meals. I feel that busy lifestyles have pulled people away from their kitchen and towards take out. Cooking doesn't have to be time consuming to be delicious. It helps to have some basic skills and great tools. If you make the investment, it is going to pay off in the long run.

I also want to help people to get back to entertaining in their homes. Not like our parents' generation, who used to spend hours at the table with multiple courses, but rather with simple dishes that make entertaining easy. Think charcuterie boards or little plates to share.
