Morocco has a rich tradition of spiced coffee – served in espresso form, or ?nous nous? (half-half) with cream. We add those exotic spices easily into this warm rum-based cocktail through infusion, where rich coffee intermingles with notes of cardamom, cacao, and rose petals. Perfect after-dinner or standalone.

Infuses
375ml of rum (= 6+ drinks)

Infusion Time
3-4 hours, then strain and use/store

Ingredients
Cardamom, Keemun Black, Cacao Shells, Hibiscus, Rose Petal - no sugar, gluten, dairy, nuts, additives, or preservatives

Recipe
Infused Spirit + Espresso + Steamed Milk (essentially, a Cappuccino).
